Happy New Dacade!

Happy New Dacade!

QWorld
Let's together build an open access and public global ecosystem for quantum technologies and quantum software in the first half of the upcoming decade. We started our activity in late 2018 by organizing 3 two-day long workshops on quantum programming for a women-exclusive group and high school students in Riga (LV) and a group of university students in Siedlce (PL). From May to July 2019, we implemented our first international project called QDrive, and we organized 11 more workshops in 8 different countries. By the end of 2019, we handed out 588 diplomas in 29 events in 17 cities and 12 countries on quantum programming . We are happy that we could share these events with all of you :-) We've created many channels for promoting quantum technologies and quantum…

The first workshop in Lithuania

The first workshop in Lithuania

QCousins, Workshop
We are happy to inform that in December we will have the first time workshop on the basics of Quantum programming in Lithuania, in Vilnius (December 14-15). The workshops will take place thanks to the Vilnius Girls Code invitation. During the workshop, we will study our introductory material Bronze and will learn the basics of quantum computing and how to write quantum programs that can be run on simulators and quantum devices. In the next step, we will implement quantum protocols and algorithms (such as superdense coding, quantum teleportation, and Grover’s search) and check the different aspects of the power of quantum computation. The workshop is led by Dr. Maksims Dimitrijevs (QLatvia). This workshop is supported by Tesonet, Faculty of Computing and Unitary Fund.
