Time to start the Global Workshop!

Today, November 23, we are starting our first Global Quantum Programming Workshop | QBronze! This is the final and the largest workshop organized as part of QWorldChallenge2020 Autumn Edition. More than seven hundred participants from 72 countries are taking part in the workshop! Starting from today, for the following 6 days participants will learn the basics of quantum computing and quantum programming based on the introductory material Bronze prepared by QWorld. The scope of the workshop covers preliminaries of quantum computing, implementation of basic quantum protocols, and algorithms. Participants will be completing the tutorial with the mentoring support through Discord as well as the live sessions which will be conducted by the QWorld team. Online workshop in Latvia with QTalks

Very soon we start QBronze37 organized by QLatvia! We have started with an online installation session between 18:00 and 20:00 on Thursday, October 15, 2020. From Monday till Saturday (between October 19 and 24), the workshop participants will be solving tasks about Quantum Computing and Programming. The workshop will be held online. We will run daily online Zoom meetings. We will have three Quantum Talks during the week. Participants can ask their questions and share their progress with the mentors by Discord at different times: between 16:00 and 21:00 from Monday to Friday and from 11:00 and 18:00 on Saturday. Join the QChallenge2020!

Take up the challenge and join the QWorldChallenge2020 Autumn Edition! Take part in one of the local or global QBronze workshops, during which you will learn the basics of quantum programming and computing. The autumn edition of the challenge will last by the end of November 2020. The closest Quantum Computing and Programming workshop will be held online in Latvia in October 19 – 24, 2020. And then, the following QCousins will participate in the QWorldChallenge 2020: QPoland, QHungary, QRussia, QPakistan, QCzech, QTunisia, and QBalkan. The QBronze workshops will also be held in Romania and Mexico. The challenge will be finalized with our global QBronze workshop! Weekly QTurkey online workshop

Today, we start QBronze36 organized by QTurkey! For the following days, until Friday (September 28 – October 2, 2020), the workshop participants will be solving tasks about Quantum Computing and Programming. The workshop will be held online. For participants, we have prepared the lecture videos, which help them complete the tasks on their own. The entangling event of QTunisia!

Already tomorrow (September 25, 2020), we start our entangling workshop with QTunisia! For 3 consecutive days we will give online lectures on Introduction to Quantum Computing and programming. The workshop will be held online. The event will be run by QWorld and hosted by QTunisia. For the participants, we have prepared the lecture videos as an aid in completing subsequent tasks. Workshop Online for high school students!

We are pleased to announce that our online workshop “Quantum Computing and Programming” for juniors will start this Saturday (July 4, 2020). Our workshop is dedicated to the high school students who are 14 years old or older. During the workshop, we use the tutorial “Bronze” prepared by QWorld. It is a collection of Jupyter notebooks and each notebook has a couple of programming tasks to be solved by the participants. We use python to code our quantum programs. QTurkey organizes the first online workshop!

We are happy to inform that QTurkey's first online workshop is starting tomorrow! QTurkey prepared the online material based on Bronze, which consists of about 30 Jupyter notebooks and each notebook contains multiple tasks that must be completed by the participants. Python is the programming language and Qiskit will be the main library for writing our programs. Good luck to all participants!
